Plant Manager & HR Support Assistant

What will you do?


* Visitor Coordination: Organize visits for clients and guests, including plant tours, and manage the Visitor's Area and Meeting Rooms


* Documentation: Update the plant dashboard, official presentations, and organization charts.

Handle various documents flow


* Office Management: Handle purchase orders, office supplies, stationery, and daily post, internal and external communication materials


* Event Coordination: Ensure internal coordination for employee events and manage logistics.

Support internal and external meetings organization


* HR support: Manage suppliers' relationship and daily tasks and requirements, support various HR projects and events

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Proactive approach, passionate attitude, active contribution


* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities


* Fluent English language knowledge is a must


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Experience in HR - preferably in a multinational environment - is an advantage
