As a Client Associate in J.P.

Morgan Advisors, you will provide dedicated business support to Financial Advisors and their clients.

You will establish, maintain, and build relationships while delivering exceptional client service.

In this role you will have extensive client contact and will be involved in all activities that touch prospective or existing clients.

Job responsibilities:


* Manage client contact extensively (through both email and phone calls).

Individual will be involved in all activities that touch existing clients only.


* Collaborate with both front office and operation teams to complete client and business related requests.


* Receives orders from clients in diverse products; includes mastering product-specific applications, ensuring completion of necessary documentation.


* Perform account maintenance including money transfer requests, address changes, restrictions, etc.


* Send notifications and action overdraft items for all JPMA deposit accounts.


* Assists and manages ad-hoc projects and reporting.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


* Series 7 & 66 licenses upon hire or must successfully obtain within 120 days from start date


* Proven ability to be a self-starter, act as an end-to-end owner of tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment


* Proactively identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of our clients


* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:



* Able to adapt and stay abreast of changing technology and regulatory policies


* Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
