Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


* Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.


* Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.


* Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:


* Valid CNA certification.


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.


* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.


* Previous experience in a long-term care facility is a plus but not required.
