Where You'll Work

This internship within the Clinical Research & Solutions department will focus on member experience analytics.

The team is creating a data lake to support journey analytics across multiple product areas and touch points within the company.

The type of work can vary depending on need.

We leverage data science practices to gain new insights in patient behavior, benefit effectiveness and product performance.

During the summer internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate within your department and across the business while learning from some of our brightest and most innovative employees in your area of focus.

What You Will Do


* Participate in hands-on projects that will directly impact the business and help drive strategic decision-making.


* Collaborate with product and sales to build out and support member experience, product launch, pilots, and current product success.


* Use data and analytics to identify and solve challenges in member experience.


* Analyze customer/prospect behaviors and KPI's using analytics tools and make recommendations.


* Support persona and member profiling by creating and designing new data assets.


* Test and document best practices for combining data sources utilizing various ETL tools

Qualifications


* Preferred majors include Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or any related field.


* Experience with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.


* Data manipulation skills using SQL, Python, or R.


* Strong attention to detail and an ability to think analytically.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
