Assisted Living Wellness Coordinator

NHC Place Sumner is seeking an energetic team player familiar with Assisted Living regulations to lead its daily operations.

The FULL TIME Assisted Living Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Assisted Living Facility including the supervision, support, and coaching of employees.

Essential functions include meeting financial expectations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring a quality customer-oriented workforce.

The Assisted Living Wellness Coordinator duties also include staff scheduling, coordinating admissions/discharges, performing patient assessments, creating Individual Service Plans, and marketing.

Requirements:

- LPN or RN license required (Tennessee)
- Must be caring and compassionate
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong supervisory skills required
- Must have familiarity with Assisted Living regulations
