As Senior Director, Partnerships & Alliances you play a pivotal role in fostering and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders within the 3PL ecosystem.

You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and maintaining partnerships that drive business growth and enhance service offerings.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain dynamics.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Partnership Strategy: Develops and provide strategy, vision, and direction to execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and growth objectives.

Identify and prioritize potential partners and industry stakeholders.


* Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and areas for collaboration with partners to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with the sales team to leverage partnerships in lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.


* Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential partnership opportunities and address challenges proactively.

Anticipates factors that could influence strategies and company position in the market.


* Contract Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations for partnership agreements, collaborating with internal and external executive level management ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company objectives and legal requirements.


* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer success teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.

Provide insights and feedback to influence product enhancements and improvements based on partner feedback.


* Internal Stakeholder Management: Manage internal communication and collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment in vision and execution of partnership go-to-market


* Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives.

Regularly analyze and report on the impact of partnerships on revenue and other strategic goals.
