Operations Support Supervisor

Implant Business


* Work with sales team to prepare quotes in CRM.


* Work with sales team to ensure forecast reflects status of order in CRM.


* Update Orders in CRM to include adjustments and update status of completed jobs.


* Create order in CRM for incoming work that has not been quoted.


* Enter recipes into IPC.


* Process Sales adjustments and forward on to Finance department.

Disk Business


* Respond to Customer/Reps RFQs and prepare quote/estimate.


* Administer disk order process (work with production team).


* Issue customer order confirmation.


* Upon customer confirmation issue Job Package.


* Work with Shipping department to arrange return of customer disk.


* Maintain forecast file to reflect status of orders.

Non-Recurring Sales (in addition to the above)


* Respond to sales enquires related to non-recurring customers.


* Provide quotes directly to NR customers.


* Provide a regular up to date forecast for NR business.

Export Compliance (training to be provided)


* Be the first point of contact to screen customers and raise any issues.


* Upon successful screening, create account in Acumatica (for new customers).


* Ensure export compliance forms are completed correctly for shipping purposes.


* Work with the Sales and Corporate Compliance teams to identify any concerns.

Education and Experience


* 8-10 Years in ion implant industry


* Strong familiarity with our Sales Process and Forecasting.

Skills & Other Requirements


* Understanding of ion implant order processing.


* Experience with recipe entry and pricing.


* Experience of sales process including sales forecasting and quoting.


* Communicating with customers.


* Coordinating to resolve customer issues with all departments in a timely fashion and proliferating a teamwork culture.


* Interacting and communicating with employees regularly to ensure open two-way communication channels.


* Getting feedback from other Sales or Engineering regarding best practices.


* Documenting any issues, mishaps, or suggestions for operational and customer support improvements.


* Ability to deal with differences in opinions and resolve minor issues.

Safety Requirements

All employees are required to attend scheduled training, follow the site EHS procedures and II-VI Corporate EHS standards.

This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities.

Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently.

They will ensure that risk assessments are performed, proper training, work instructions, required PPE is available, and will monitor compliance.
