About the Role

Turtle is seeking a Lighting Quotations Specialist to join the team in the Stoughton, MA location.

What You'll Do:


* Prepare competitive quotations, bid and submittals for Massachusetts Outside Sales Associates


* Quoting product prices, delivery specifications and payment terms, offering substitute products where applicable.


* Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information.


* Create relationships with all of the various Lighting Representatives and Manufacturers.


* Maintain organized and accurate files and folders


* Negotiate pricing and availability with vendors.


* Constant follow up on quotations to assist in closing new business opportunities.


* Provide consistent and pleasant communications

Who we are Looking For


* Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills


* Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must


* Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs


* High school diploma required


* Experience in quotes are a plus


* Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
