Title: Application Engineer - HR Services

Location: Monterrey Hub (San Pedro) + Home Office

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled HR Application Engineer who will not only be responsible for the design and development of applications & Interfaces (Jobs), but also provide technical support to ensure smooth functioning of HR systems.

This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their needs, implementing technical solutions, and offering ongoing support to end users by ticket management system.

Responsibilities:


* Collaborate with HR business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


* Design, develop, and implement applications & interfaces(jobs), ensuring scalability, security, and performance.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR applications with existing systems and third-party tools.


* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR applications, addressing user queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.


* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative Integration Services.

Qualifications

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


* Proven experience in application development and integration.


* Basic proficiency in development language (SQL, Service Now, Desirable: Snap Logic).


* Strong understanding of data management.


* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


* Experience working in agile methodologies and project management.


* Good soft skills such as teamwork, adaptability, growth mindset, innovation, proactiveness, and problem-solving.


* Understanding of HR processes (Desirable but not mandatory).
