As a Product Manager in Growth Strategy, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President to lead our growth efforts and make it easy for kids to build their financial independence - from a savings account to Chase First Banking to High School Checking and eventually to their first adult account.

This leader will be responsible for driving a growth strategy across field and marketing channels to increase the number of kids and families benefitting from Chase's robust solutions.

As the Vice President of Growth Strategy on the Youth & Family Banking team, you will be the general manager with accountability leading a new inflection point in growth for our family banking products and driving current business performance - 1 of 3 priorities for the Youth & Family business.

Job responsibilities:


* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Deeply understand parent and kid money needs and habits - with particular attention to life moments that drive the need for Chase's solutions


* Develop a business strategy to fuel the next generation of Chase customers by empowering kids, and their parents, to learn money basics and adopt behaviors to start their financial journey


* Identify opportunities and conduct research (design, customer, market, competitor) to understand and address customer needs and develop key insights to inform strategy
