Data Transformation Lead – Data Culture & Learning

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Data Transformation Lead for Data Culture & Learning is responsible for end-to-end management, communication, collaboration, and implementation of all data culture and learning related initiatives for the Global Data Organization.

Responsibilities include the following:


* Drive/own the implementation of data culture, learning, and communication efforts for the Global Data Organization (GDO) in alignment with Chubb's communication standards and strategy


* Leverage internal and external communication platforms, newsletters, and forums to promote, educate, and inform others on our global data strategies and progress


* Support the rollout and operationalization of data chapters including their alignment to our internal career architecture and job families / roles


* Help to design and implement onboarding and training materials to create a positive experience for new and existing team members and minimize downtime


* Leverage metrics, reporting and tools to identify gaps and opportunities to continuously improve and implement change


* Help to build a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, adaption and supports/values learning and personal development


* Embrace, champion, and adapt to change and transformation in alignment with business goals and the overall strategic direction


* Populate scorecards and status reports as needed to provide timely and accurate progress on data culture and learning initiatives


* Clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of management and across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and partnership on data culture learning goals


* Monitor and track the learning and communication progress against established goals/metrics, including adoption and growth metrics


* Serve as the main point of contact for collaborating and planning with strategic partners/vendors for GDO data culture and learning events and initiatives


* Mitigate risks, issues, and impediments by proactively identifying and planning for potential issues to minimize any disruptions


* Support the implementation of new ways of working and Agile delivery principles and practices within the Global Data Organization
