* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing environment
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Associate degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) or two years of relevant experience in calibration, metrology, heat treatment or electronics repair.
* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
* Experience with industry standards, such as AMS2750, AS9100, ISO9000, AS13000, Nadcap.
* Apply knowledge of measurement science, mathematics, physics, and electronics to calibrate measurement and test equipment to ensure equipment meets the specification requirements.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and auditors.
* Can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
* MS Office computer skills required.
