* Experience with precision machined metal forming manufacturing


* Experience with product and process failure analysis


* Working knowledge of manufacturing techniques such as lean manufacturing, JIT, SPC, TQM, etc.


* Experience in the fastener manufacturing industry


* Experience with ERP systems
