Sparklight's Sr.

Business Account Executives play an important role in their community by developing meaningful relationships with local businesses.

As a Business Account Executive, you will match current and prospective enterprise customers with Sparklight services that best fit the needs of their businesses.

You will also have the opportunity to network and meet with business leaders in your community.

Our team also enjoys having fun! You will have the opportunity to participate in community outreach with your team and compete in friendly sales competitions.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success


* Provides Business Field Sales for a significant geographic region.


* Closes new business according to targets, objectives and plans.


* Supports the implementation process by maintaining customer contact, answering service billing questions and effecting a smooth and successful transition to account management post implementation.


* Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner.


* Uses established metrics and dashboards to report on the effectiveness of Business Field Sales executions, promotions, new product introductions and performance.


* Sets up and delivers product and/or service presentations and other actions designed to increase sales.


* Cross-sells and up-sells based on understanding of customer business need.

Qualifications


* 5+ years' experience


* AA or BA Degree
