About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

This role requires a good understanding of media analytics, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.



*Key Responsibilities:

*Paid Media Campaign Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into digital campaigns

*Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

*Analytics and Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital media campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance future campaigns.

*Collaboration:

- Work closely with the stake holders across business and countries to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

*Budget Management:

- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and optimize budget spending to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
-7- 8 years of experience in digital media management or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing digital campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEM, Paid Social and web analytics.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manger
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.



*Preferred Qualifications:

*

- Experience working in B2B industry vertical
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar industry certifications.
