Business Process Expert Order to Cash

Your IMPACT:


* Build and keep Global Cash Application Standard up to date;


* Define (as part of the Team) an internal audit/control strategy to ensure that all globally validated and deployed business rules and/or standard procedures are being performed within Share Service Centers accordingly to the standard process.


* Ensure that changes and/or new business rules & processes are properly documented (reflected in SOPs & change management action plans if required) and well communicated to the parties impacted ensuring the right level of their understanding by all stakeholders.

Is responsible for training sessions covering the scope of change.


* Adoption, Monitoring & Controlling: drive adoption and KPI performance in collaboration with the Territories and Shared Service Centers by proactively challenging results, identifying root causes and developing action plans.

In addition, during adoption you will create and implement standardized execution packages with a framework for Territories and Share Service Centers to drive the transformation.


* Builds networking relationships and collaborates with different Departments and Functions representatives within Schneider, who are involved or impacted by OTC processes to ensure constant informational flow between the different parts of the OTC process (e.g.

Shared Services, Credit Management, Accounting, Internal Control, etc.)


* Actively collaborates with other Global Projects (Rebate Transformation Project "RTP", Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Unify, Horizon, etc) and Shared Services organization to align on priorities


* Executes any other actions/tasks assigned to him by his manager (accordingly to his experience and business requirements)

Your Profile:


* At least 3-5 years of experience in Accounting (in Shared Service Center organization will be an asset)


* Master's Degree in Accounting


* Experience driving a transformations and process improvement including change management


* Familiar with Order to Cash process flow


* Strong analytical abilities, including advanced Excel and SAP


* Fluent English skills


* Knowledge of Oracle, IFRS 15, Record to Report Lean methodology will be an asset


* Self-organization skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
