Your IMPACT:

+ Secure and grow sales with existing customers in Romandie, mainly System Integrator and End Users
+ Select and address new customers and applications to target, manage pipelines and generate sales funnels to achieve order goals
+ Introduce our new products and solutions in your assigned area, use the most suitable strategy to reach direct and indirect customers
+ Engage with Sales and Pre-sales from other Schneider Electric entities to foster cross-selling to your target customers, develop hunting / farming strategies
+ Participate actively to sales strategy and tactics
+ Sales lead for big projects opportunities
+ Collect industry trends and customer needs to help forming the next offerings

Your Profile:



*
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or sales
+ Experience in the industry process automation sector and an existing network
+ Technically fit in automation controls, supervisions and IoT solutions
+ Know how in water and wastewater treatment segment would be a plus
+ Experience with consultative selling approach
+ Autonomous person with strong ownership skills
+ Driving licence and ready to travel 75% of the time
+ Fluency in French and a good level in English, German would be a plus
