Service Sales Development and Onboarding Training Specialist

What do you get to do in this position?

The primary focus on this role will be to lead the Schneider Electric Services Sales Development Program (SDP).

This includes collaborating with sales managers to define and design initial onboarding curriculum, organizing presenters, building and maintaining calendar, providing both group, and 1-1 support, The program manager will organize appropriate activities beyond the initial onboarding program to maintain community and provide for ongoing sales development, consult with other sales program managers across the US to share content and best practices.


* Planning and conducting onboarding for all new hires.

This includes small group training and coordinating with managers for 1-1 support as needed.


* Maintenance of service sales training resources - internal website and onboarding guides - to ensure that sellers have access to most up to date materials.


* Development of soft skils training for the commercial team.

Working with the functional leaders on development plans.


* Partner with the commercial training team to develop and maintain organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
