Proposal Manager

This person will be in charge of preparing high performance integrated offers for complex projects, using standard and creative solutions from the company's Energy Management offer, in order to guarantee their adaptation to customer needs, and its realization in the best conditions of profitability and quality within the established deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the whole offer development ensuring:
• Analysis of the Offer: Analyze documents and specifications of the Client, comparing them with the possible solutions within the models of standard Equipment, proposing alternatives, in order to allow the elaboration of the proposal.
• Technical definition and Proposal preparation: Prepare a technical proposal through the technical and economic analysis of the documentation available to the Client, with the aim of obtaining a better solution.
• Integrate Costs and Margin Sheet: Obtain the costs and prepare a standard financial control sheet to generate the commercial proposal, analyzing their content to obtain the sales prices of the most competitive solutions.
• Commercial Proposal: Prepare a commercial proposal through an analysis of the costs and preparation of the margin spreadsheet.

Business risk must be incorporated and the negotiation price must be defined.

In addition to establishing the general conditions of sale.
• Ensure compliance with GCP process and Approval governance of the proposal: Obtaining the approval of the hierarchical levels for sending the technical and commercial proposals to the sales department within the defined period.
• Review of Offers already made: Analyze documents and customer specifications received, comparing them with the initial solutions offered and address comments within the solution of standard products.
• Support negotiation with the client: Participate in the negotiation together with the Commercial and Financial department, with the aim of strengthening technical and commercial support to make orders profitable.
• Preparation of diagrams and pre-project Lay-out: Prepare pre-project schematic diagrams, based on data from the proposal prepared with the aim of allowing the client a better understanding of the solution.
• Update of the group's products and solutions: Constantly look for updates to the products and solutions available, with the help of Marketing, in order to propose solutions consistent with the Company's objectives.
• Update the tools and models of the proposal: Update the models of the proposals in accordance with the definitions established by Marketing and develop programs/routines for the optimization of the work with the use of quotation software.

Requirements:

• Electrical engineer, power mention or related career
• Strong leadership and team player to achieve together desired results.
• Experience in the Bids/Proposals area.
