Engineering Data Industrialization- Development Engineer

The Engineering Data Industrialization Development Engineer will be responsible for enabling rapid prototyping of initiatives for the Power Systems NAM cluster.

This role will join a team focused on utilizing ETO Order Data, AI, ML, and AR/VR to enable Quality, Productivity, and Capacity improvements across the business.

Responsibilities:


* Create automation to measure KPIs on team initiatives.


* Create tools and solutions to enable rapid prototyping of innovative technologies.


* Adapt 3rd part solutions utilizing plugins


* Lead contract developers as needed to achieve timelines and goals.


* Refactor existing tools and solutions to remain compatible with technology changes.


* Support PDL in definition of requirements for initiatives.


* Identify opportunities for new initiative

Requirements:


* Proficiency in Redshift, SQL, C#, Python, Revision Control Software (GIT),


* Knowledge of SE Cybersecurity policies; SE App Certification Process; SE Style Guides.


* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field


* 3-5 years of experience in software development.


* Strong understanding of engineering processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


* Experience with data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques.


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.


* Knowledge of industrial automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus.
