Production Scheduler

What will you do?


* Develop and implement daily and weekly production schedules and targets


* Balance existing labor and machine capacity to maximize efficiency and production throughput


* Examine all aspects of the scheduling process, including historical data, to improve production processes wherever possible


* Report to the leadership team regarding existing orders, challenges, and production forecasting


* Balance incoming sales orders with existing capacity and backlog


* Distribute upcoming schedules to team leads and supervisors and coordinate with our leadership team to ensure ideal staffing levels and coverage

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Strong organizational acumen and problem-solving ability


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office


* Excellent communication and presentation skills

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, manufacturing, administration, or relevant field


* 2+ years in production scheduling


* Proficiency with standard scheduling software and ERP systems, SAP a plus
