What do you get to do in this position?This position must be willing to work with extreme confidentiality.

This role will have knowledge of and ability to obtain information on construction practices, regulations, and business drivers across the US.

This position will be able to adequately represent the ways of working for our US residential homebuilder and contractor.

This role will assist with Voice of the Customer and develop and manage a contractor and builder advisory board providing decision driving insight into the full project team.

The Channel Sr.

Manager will attend key industry events, collaborate with Product Owners and Offer Managers to validate specifications, coordinate with US commercial and pricing team, global and local marketing to add key inputs into the project.

This job might be for you if you are/have:


* 4 Year college degree with preferred focus in Marketing, Construction or Engineering


* 8-10 years of experience in marketing or channel partner management


* Strong communication skills with technical aptitude


* Knowledge of NEC, NFPA and codes and standards is required


* Strong initiative, self-motivated and willingness to learn


* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills


* Ability to work cross-functionally


* Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results


* Communication skills to influence and lead


* Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel


* Ability to interact with executive leadership

Preferred:


* Ability to travel internationally


* Willingness to relocate to the Nashville Hub
