Country Director Power Products and Home & Distribution

Power Products and H&D businesses represent the 2nd largest P/L for Schneider Electric Finland.

Our ambition is to drastically grow these businesses market shares in Finland across most of the channels (panel builders, electricians, contractors, distributors, and end-users specifically).

We are now looking for a strong business leader to drive our further growth within an exciting business area in Finland.

As Country Director PP & HD, you will become a part of the Finnish Leadership team, and the H&D and PP Nordic Management teams.

In your role, you would also hold the responsibility of our distribution, electrician and panel builder channels sales.

The position is be based in Finland.

The role is permanent and starts as soon as the right candidate has been found.

What we are looking for

In this role, you will have a full profit and loss responsibility, consisting of a broad scope of all Schneider Electric's Power Products and Home & Distribution offers (ie.

low voltage technical products and services).

The role is responsible for executing our strategy for the entire partner lifecycle in the assigned channels, new partner recruitment, partner onboarding, partner revenue activation, and partner growth.

You know the low voltage business in Finland and are interested in disrupting the market with modern technology.

You are an expert in digitalization and software-based offers.

You can make a difference with your proactive and challenging attitude with previous experience in selling technical products and services thru various type of partners.

You are a strong people leader with strong drive to develop them.

About you

To be successful in the role, we see that you:


* Have technical or commercial education (BBA, MSc, MBA or equivalent)



* Have minimum 5 yrs experience in P/L leadership within technology business
For you, it is natural to predict monthly/quarterly/annual sales bookings utilizing pipeline management.

Ability to commit and take responsibility for the accuracy and achievement of your P/L forecast


* Have proven people leadership skills (also in matrix organizations).

You have demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate high-performing teams with a high degree of independence and autonomy


* Build solid teams with focus on building succession pipeline and employee engagement across the country.



* Play a critical role in both the line of business (Home & Distribution and Power products) as well as the Finnish management team, making sure business plans are aligned, coordinated, and executed


* Are solution-oriented person; there's no shortage of processes to improve, tools to introduce, and lessons-learned to coach and train.
