What will you do?


* Be a passionate advocate in delivering an exceptional candidate experience - internal and external


* Maintain clear communication channels and build positive relationships within the recruitment team, internal business partners and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process


* Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process from requisition, job posting, interview scheduling through to offer generation and pre-boarding via recruiting systems


* Assist the team with a proactive recruiting approach for all positions assigned using a variety of sources, including, but not limited to internet postings, database searches, referrals, use of network contacts, candidate pools, etc.


* Assist in the management and optimization of recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, new hire document collection (candidate offers and supporting documents), employee referrals, employer branding and diversity recruiting


* Identify continuous improvement opportunities, maintain operational excellence and adopt consistent and globally standardized resourcing processes


* Support ad hoc projects and research activities as assigned by the team


* Participate, develop, manage and collaborate with other stakeholders on standard practices and processes of recruiting and pre-onboarding across the region


* Provide guidance and advise on queries from internal stakeholders

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant area of study preferred or equivalent work/internship experience


* 1-2 years of related experience.

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as well


* Desire to work in HR, with a keen interest in Talent Acquisition


* Good computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), experience with recruiting systems a plus


* Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management


* Able to work cross functionally, and enjoy fast-paced and dynamic environments


* Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
