Supply Chain Internship

Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Supply Chain Intern in our Smyrna, TN facility.

This position is on-site so the ideal candidate will be located in the general area (No relocation provided).

We are looking for candidates that would want to pursue this internship from Fall through Spring.

What will you do?


* Drive digital transformation and simplification in Customer Support to ensure we meet our customer's expectations from order to delivery and to achieve the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction.


* Learn SAP

Key Responsibilities:


* First level general support post-sales, email and digital platforms to SE customers and partners


* Responsible for answering chat, e-mails, web based tickets(CRs) and prioritizing customer's support needs


* Responsible to process Customer requests including order entry, order modification in ERP system


* Managing transactional orders backlog in ensuring timely deliveries as per customers' requested delivery dates


* Proactively liaise and coordinate with procurement and delivery team on logistic arrangement and close monitoring of customer order delivery


* Escalation management in liaising with Technical Support and Commercial Team in resolving customers order and delivery complaints


* Support and resolve customer product quality/returns and commercial issues


* Proactively follow up on all commitments and customer details


* Lead transformation initiatives such as process simplification and digital improvement on Customer Support process
