Regional Human Resources Business Partner - Bilingual

How You Will Make an Impact
Partners with HR Team and Management to formulate HR strategy and support the implementation of HR and company initiatives.

Provides support in the functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation, Talent Management, and Compliance for all Branch locations within a designated region.

The Nuts and Bolts

Steer partnered business in change management, assisting with merger and acquisition-associated demands

Provide general coaching and counseling to employees with HR-related questions or concerns

Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems

Oversee and administer all aspects of Team Member onboarding and orientation process within designated region, including processing new hire forms throughout all sites within the designated region

Facilitate and/or provide learning and development training to the workforce

Organize, assess and track employee training by partnering with operations team to support company production goals

Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of partner department(s) in relation to established goals

Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency (within HR and the business)

Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports

Communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations, partnering with employees and management to ensure compliance

Coach and counsel the Leadership Team on appropriate corrective action levels, as well as tracking of corrective action for consistency and implementation

Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement

Represent the Company at unemployment hearings, when necessary

Monitor, coach, train, and provide counsel in the administration of the performance management/evaluation program as necessary

Assist with the administration of the performance management/evaluation program, including partnering with Operations teams to track 30/60/90 day performance reviews and provide feedback on disciplinary levels

Respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints

Serve as a trusted advisor to the departmental leadership team

Requires travel between four regional locations (30-50%, and travel requirements will be most intense during the first 6 months in-role, with decreasing need over time)

Required Credentials

B.S.

in Human Resources or a related field preferred

Seven to ten years of progressive HR Generalist (or Business Partner) experience
Manufacturing industry experience required

Bilingual - Spanish and English strongly preferred

Experience with mergers & acquisitions and change management strongly preferred

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification preferred
