This exciting role is part of the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) API Geel organization, a key site within our network dedicated to the development, launch and growth of innovative medicines.

The mobile equipment department plays a central and crucial role and supports the manufacturing departments by managing and preparing all mobile assets on the Geel site.
Key Responsibilities:


* Leading a team of approximately 30-35 people in a full continuous operational environment, including hiring, staffing and team growth


* Coaching, developing and leading your team to build a culture of Safety, Quality & Compliance and Performance


* Ownership over the operational activities across two locations at the Geel site


* Accountability for the timely availability and maintenance of mobile equipment


* Leading all aspects of the overall performance management, including the safety and quality performance of the department


* Manage outsourced operational activities


* Leading the long-range financial planning and mobile equipment strategy


* Provide leadership and support during New Product Introductions


* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leading process improvement initiatives.
