Reservations Sales Agent - InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a dedicated and guest-oriented Reservations Sales Agent to join our team.

As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and memorable booking experience from the moment they inquire about our hotel.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

· Handle and respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms with professionalism and efficiency.

· Provide guests with detailed information about room availability, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.

· Upsell room upgrades, special packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.

· Accurately enter and manage reservation details in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).

· Assist guests with special requests, modifications, and cancellations as needed.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Housekeeping, to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, promotions, and local attractions.

· Address guest concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.

What We need from you:

· Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office roles is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Excellent customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
