We are looking for a new member of the HR Team in Germany, a Manager in Employee & Labor Relations.

The ERLR Manager is responsible for the effective management of Employee Relations matters in Germany and potentially some other EMEA countries.

Measured by resolution of service requests within defined time periods, levels of accuracy and quality standards, and customer satisfaction levels.

This role will lead the relationships with our two established Works Councils in Neuss (Corporate & Commercial organization) and Wuppertal (Production site for o.b.) and partner closely with the local HR Business Partners and local business leaders, to provide Labor Relations advice and support (CBA interpretation, administration, negotiation, LR procedures).

What You Will Do

The ERLR Manager (m/f/d) - Germany will

• Ensure timely and compliant handling of all requests.

• Coach & train managers and employees.

• Input and guidance on Labor Relations Strategy, preparation & negotiation of all collective bargaining agreements within agreed parameters and leading the negotiations as representative of the company/employer..

• Coordinate and administer all consultations and information with local unions and Workers Council members.

• Answer complex local questions, e.g.

regarding benefits and leaves topics; assist with enrollment.

Directs the operation of local work related to benefits and compensation, partnering with the Regional Total Rewards Lead to ensure that standard processes are followed.

• Ensure workplace policies are updated and in compliance with applicable local laws.

• Stakeholder management and continuous communication with the local HR Leaders, by summarizing and reporting on operational updates and issues.

• Stay updated on country employment and labor practices.

• Comply with and enforce standards for maintaining a confidential and sensitive work environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.

Ideally a master's degree, in law.
