What you will do

The DxP Platform Business Analyst must be a dynamic and an energetic individual with a strong technology background to deliver IT projects within the Marketing Technology domains.

The position requires direct interaction with Segment Brand Team Leads, Consumer Experience Organization, MarTech Activation Teams, and DxP Platform Teams to understand the demand required by the commercial departments.

This includes assessing the migration state of our web platform, defining post migration operational processes, and solving bottlenecks working with different stakeholders.

The position will work closely with the Sr.

Manager, DxP Platform Owner, to evolve the MarTech Product line specifically DxP Platform, to meet business strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cooperating closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and business operation.

• Reviewing business processes from end-to-end, identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency using Global MarTech products.

• Lead the technical discovery process for digital projects, scoping needs, gathering requirements, and producing functional specifications (story boards, user stories), support translation into technical requirements for the solution build.

• Utilizing established methodologies to understand interrelated systems and processes.

• Collaborating with Platform teams & Business teams in exploring options that enhance utilization of MarTech platform suite.

• Support continuous process improvement: mapping current and future state, root cause analysis for process gaps and improvement to identify and resolve business and technology related issues.

• Contributing to business user training programs by aiding in their design and execution.

• Ensuring adherence to legal standards, design guidelines, and operational policies.
