What you will do

The ServiceNow Product Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow HRSD and S2P modules deployed for our shared services organization.

As the ServiceNow Product Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the application and providing excellent customer service to Kenvue associates in the contact center using the HRSD and S2P modules of the ServiceNow application:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecture design of complex product solutions with HRSD and S2P modules of ServiceNow.

• Gather requirements from Business Owners, and craft fast, efficient, and large-scale solutions.

• Assess architecture and Solution designed to support Kenvue objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices.

• Hands on experience to perform quick POC's to demonstrate new features to business owners and accelerate time from design to development.

• Designing in-depth solutions for multiple HR, Finance and Procurement processes e.g., Employee Center Pro, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll, Expense Reporting, R2P Case Triage etc.

• Exposing HRSD and S2P products to a broad community of software developers via modern REST APIs

• Responsible for architecture of ServiceNow Integrations, API, Plugins and HRSD and S2P modules

• Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow HR, Finance and Procurement solutions.

• Suggests improvements and new features and functionalities proactively to Product owners.

• Advocates for technology and innovation; identify new and emerging technology to deliver business needs.

• Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Leads and provides mentoring and guidance to Developers in the scrum team (incl.

3rd parties) and enforce coding standards.
