TrueCommerce is searching for an experienced Sales Enablement and Training Specialist to join a growing sales organization.

Reporting to the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing enablement programs to maximize the effectiveness of our sales organization.

You will be instrumental in ensuring that our sales teams are well-equipped for success.

You will play a pivotal role in driving alignment between our go-to-market strategies and sales execution.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the entire Global Sales Organization.

May occasionally require travel to Columbus, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, & EMEA offices to conduct in person enablement.

Additional travel as needed.

As the Sales Enablement and Training Specialist you will:


* Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps, developing strategies to address them effectively


* Create and facilitate effective sales training content, including presentations, playbooks, certifications, and LMS content


* Design and execute trainings in various formats to support different learning styles such as in-person workshops, virtual trainings, self-service recorded videos, LMS courses


* Drive adoption and proficiency in tools such as Teams, Outlook, Chorus & ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn


* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver the full lifecycle of training, from new hire onboarding, sales methodologies, product releases, marketing strategies, continuing education trainings, to post-training ad hoc support


* Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting collaboration with other teams (People Team, Services/Customer Success, Product, etc.).


* Create certification paths and key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales representatives using the existing LMS platform (Absorb).


* Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to drive internal alignment on messaging.

Requirements for success:


* BA in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred



* 5+ years experience leading large-scale enablement initiatives for Enterprise, Mid-Market, Account Management, Sales Engineer & Channel Teams in multiple regions.


* Experience in teaching others how to maximize the use of Chorus, CRM, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo & Zoom Engage to meet, or similar tools is required.


* Experience coaching sales leaders on how to drive change within their teams.


* Demonstrated leadership in sales enablement with expertise in MEDDPICC & Command of the Message sales methodologies (or equivalent).
