Showroom Manager - Yardbird

As a Retail Showroom Manager at our Yardbird outdoor furniture showroom, you’ll set the pace for the team by connecting with customers and speaking to the value of our products.

You’ll maintain the overall store culture and ensure the staff¬ represent and embrace our culture and goals.

Furthermore, you’ll oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store through marketing and financial strategies.

This role takes place at a Yardbird premium outdoor furniture showroom.

This standalone store is separate from Best Buy’s larger retail locations.

What you’ll do



* Lead your team by example, providing feedback and in the moment coaching


* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through world-class customer service


* Lead a profitable showroom by engaging the entire team in the sales strategy


* Create and manage employee schedules


* Take pride in your showroom’s condition and visual merchandising standards


* Report to retail leadership team on buying trends and customer needs

Basic qualifications



* 2 years of sales, customer service or retail experience


* Ability to analyze and manage sales and revenue data

Preferred qualifications



* 1 year of experience as a retail supervisor or manager


* Luxury brand or other Premium Product retail/design experience


* Ability to work in high-pressure situations


* Adeptness and self-motivation during low traffic periods


* Excellent organizational and time management skills
