Job Title: Part-Time Account Coordinator

Reports to: Customer Experience Manager

Department/Team: Customer Experience

This opportunity will focus primarily on providing support to Account Managers & customers.

The Motorlease Account Coordinator will work to provide the highest level of customer service, keeping our Brand Promise and the Motorlease Experience front and center in every internal & customer interaction. 

Job Responsibilities


* Vehicle Builds, Quotes, Selectors, Presentations & Vehicle Orders
+ Create vehicle builds to meet customer requirements & Motorlease guidelines
+ Create quotes for selected vehicles to meet customer requirements
+ Create & maintain customer selector lists with input provided by Account Managers
+ Create & send vehicle order requests to drivers & fleet contacts when needed
+ Provide quality control for quotes as needed
+ Create customer presentations for custom vehicle requests & annual reviews


* Customer Support
+ Triage incoming inquiries from customers & drivers
+ Monitor the onboarding of new clients & coordinate involvement of all teams
+ Provide timely response to customer, driver, & intra-company issues & requests
+ Engage appropriate resources to provide timely response to customer & driver inquiries
+ Create and provide vehicle/fleet information &/or reporting, etc.

* Support Tools, etc.
+ Fully document customer interactions using Salesforce as required
+ Use all approved tools available to perform related job functions
+ Interact with members of other teams & Motorlease personnel as needed/appropriate


* Perform all other duties as assigned
