Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.


* Monitor and report changes in residents' health status.


* Help with mobility and exercises as needed.


* Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.


* Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.

Qualifications:


* Valid CNA certification in the state of California.


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Previous experience in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required.


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
