Overview

Oversee planning and execution of all programs for the Isolation, Intervention & Pigging business lines, including planning, budgeting, staffing and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:


* Develop programs which meet needs of the business line and tracks progress against stated goals or milestones.


* Ensure projects and programs align with strategic plan of the organization.


* Communicate and influence across the organization; monitor resource allocation and ensure relevant status updates.


* Lead project managers, informally or formally.


* Contribute to the development of business line strategy.


* Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges; recommend process, product, or service improvements.


* Solve unique and complex problems which have a broad impact on the business.


* Ensure program activities are compliant with TDW (T.D.

Williamson) standards.

Skills and Experience


* Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) to twenty (20) years of program management experience across various functions and/or disciplines or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a highly technical environment required, preferably in the energy industry.


* Experience in budget management preferred.


* Experience leading global teams preferred.


* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.


* Excellent influencing, change management and communication skills.


* Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.


* Ability to align deliverables with program outcomes.


* Ability to speak English required.
