Assembly Shift Supervisor

Make sure assembly line is following Bray policies and operating procedures for order assembly, tagging, quality control, and safety.

Assign orders daily.

Perform quality control checks.

Train all new assembly workers.

Handle non-conforming parts from the assembly line.

Reduce/eliminate costly warehouse mistakes by training and implementing new procedures.

Keep assembly area organized and clean.

Operate required equipment in a safe and controlled manner.

Perform other duties as assigned.
