Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team, supporting the Utah and eastern Wyoming territories.

This role is perfect for someone with a competitive drive, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.

Success in this role requires innovation, creativity, problem-solving, and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
Sales:


* Close sales and secure orders for TMMI products.


* Coordinate sales activities for assigned accounts.


* Enter data consistently and accurately into CRM (Salesforce).


* Develop and execute a market penetration plan to increase client base and revenue.

Business Development:


* Identify and acquire new customers for TMMI.


* Conduct cold-calling and set appointments with key contacts.


* Focus on relationship building, lead generation, and solution selling.


* Generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold-calling, etc.).


* Stay informed on emerging and existing industrial IoT technology.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.


* 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial automation or related fields.


* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect quickly with others.


* Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.


* Proficient with general computer applications.

Position Details


* Location: Murray, UT office.


* Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexibility within core working hours.


* Infrequent travel required.


* Mileage for customer visits reimbursed through monthly expense reports.
