This will be for 2nd shift.

Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

What You Will Do In Your Role

What You Will Do

• Embrace Koch PBM® Guiding Principles and EH&S compliance requirements

• Drive continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives

• Support our proactive safety culture

• Maintain a clean and organized working environment

• Perform day to day activities of Maintenance department.

Update and communicate with supervisor regularly

• Demonstrates ability and knowledge to maintain machinery in good repair

• Assist in decision making to repair or replace equipment

• Troubleshooting, repairing and maintain manufacturing process equipment

• Ensure machinery is safe to operate

• Install and maintain safety equipment

• Ability to handle materials and parts up to 50lbs

• Flexible, adaptable, ability to work overtime

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in plant fabrication, machine shop

• Good working knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic equipment

• Experience with electrical systems

• Experience as a millwright in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and under electrical and hydraulic drawings (blueprint)

• Experience operating motorized equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts)

• Valid driver's license

What Will Put You Ahead

• More than four (4) years' experience in a shop as a Maintenance Technician

• Working knowledge to repair and maintain heavy-duty stamping machinery (presses, turret presses, press brakes etc)

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Experience using computerized records system
