* Exceptional analytical and conceptional thinking skills


* High level of competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel


* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


* Demonstrated requisite skills and abilities in basic computer operation.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.


* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.


* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Basic Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering or Finance OR Associates degree and 4 years related experience Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering or Finance.


* In lieu of degree
+ 6 years related experience would be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree (B.A.

or B.S.) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering or Finance.


* Prior manufacturing experience
