Desktop Support Technician I (Hybrid - Phoenix, AZ)

The Desktop Support Technician I - SOX Access Requests role assists with reviewing, processing and managing customer access requests for Cable One applications.

What you will do to contribute to the company's success

Set forth below is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities (or "essential functions") of this position.


* Responds and supports Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) access requests from internal customers


* Maintains access management systems of company in-scope applications which included granting/modifying/disabling access of these applications.


* Actively tracks, monitors, and routes user requests and questions through the Remedy ticketing system, responding to tasks and requests in a timely manner.


* Creates and maintains documentation regarding standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.


* Processes onboarding/offboarding requests


* Provides evidence for audit requests


* Performs other Desktop and User support tasks as needed.

Qualifications


* Active Directory experience


* Strong customer services skills.


* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.


* Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills as all the work from this team is audited and any mistakes could be significant.


* Self-motivated


* Proficient computer skills in Windows Client OS.


* Familiarity/experience with SOX, PWC, audit, compliance preferred with an interest in a hybrid IT/Audit role.


* Process improvement experience (agile, scrum, LEAN, ITIL, green belt, etc)


* Powershell knowledge preferred.
