The Digital Product Strategy Senior Advisor role is a pivotal role in Evernorth's digital product management & product strategy organizations.

As a Digital Product Strategy Senior Advisor within Evernorth's Behavioral Health division, you will balance the needs of the business, our users, and technology to drive value for our company and deliver exceptional digital experiences and products across many different end users and platforms.

As a Digital Product Strategy Senior Advisor you will be responsible for the strategy, development and delivery of our EAP digital product experiences.

In this position, you are the voice of the business, back to digital technology, aligning on outcomes with your business partners and consistently delivering value.

You will work closely and collaboratively with your business partners to conceive new innovations and enhance existing digital products that get people to needed mental health care.

As you partner with design and engineering to discover and deliver digital products, you will do so with re-usability in mind.

You also have a strong understanding that technology is essential to effectively collaborate with engineering teams to make informed decisions and drive successful digital product development.

You will know your end users and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify and act on product improvements that will drive increased value for the end user and the business.

* Set the pace for our future: Manage the development and maintenance of EAP digital product strategy roadmap, defining new products and initiatives and communicating product strategy to key stakeholders.
