Upper Line Process Engineer - Furnace

Your Job

Taking care of furnace operation.

Prepare process parameter control, guideline and troubleshooting.

Support shift operation in term of control, troubleshooting.

Be stewardship of area assigned, focus on safety.

Looking for improvement in area or support operation improvement idea to be success.

Our Team

You will be working under Upper Line Department and reporting to Upper Line Technical Leader while supervising a team of operator.

What You Will Do


* Created/Prepare furnace control parameter and guideline for furnace activities.

Troubleshooting standard also.


* Lead hot repair man to success in hot-work activity.


* Ensuring compliance with the Environment, Health, and Safety regulations.


* Work with capability team to improve process.

And lead process improvement projects to achieve higher performance and process stability.


* Be role model for cultivating PBM culture.


* Ensures product quality complies with standards and customer requirements.


* Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of Procedures and WI.


* Work on cost reduction that is related to controllable cost.


* Has 2 underreport.

Need to coaching team and lead to achieve plant target.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Engineering education background.

Ceramic or Chemical engineer would be recommended.


* High level of responsibility and security awareness for your area of responsibility with entrepreneurial thinking and action.


* Good knowledge of English especially communication and writing.


* Safe handling of MS-Office applications especially Excel (Pivot).


* Skill in statistic software is preferred


* Good in logical thinking, problem solving and analytical.


* High commitment, initiative, and reliability.


* Strong supervisory skills.


* Must be able to work in a high temperature environment (Hot Work area).
