About This Role:

World Group is currently looking for a fast paced and detail oriented person to join our family as an IT Technical Support Specialist for our growing headquarters in Rocky River, Ohio!

The IT Technical Support Specialist will provide initial technical support to end users by researching and answering questions; troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations, as well as assisting with various IT duties described below.

Duties and Responsibilities: 


* Answer calls and processes tickets for direct user support


* Provides answers to users by identifying problems; researching answers and guiding client through corrective steps.



* Creating and Maintaining user accounts in an Active Directory hybrid environment


* Enrolling Users, Updating and Maintaining MDM profiles within Workspace ONE. 


* Troubleshooting and assisting end users within Horizon VDI Environment.


* Directing employees on how to setup company work stations or physically setting them up.  Setting up (Laptops with docking stations and dual monitor setups)


* Image and build laptops and workstations for new users or user migration


* Maintaining and updating location access withing Brivo.


* Provide remote IT support to users in various regions

Education and Experience:


* High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred


* Problem Solving Skills


* 1+ Years of Help ...
