Executive Operations (ISO TANK EXPORT)

We are hiring an experienced talent to handle shipments for ISO Tank Export (including Dangerous Goods standard shipment).

Beside the daily tasks, it is important to have close relationship with internal and external stakeholder to ensure processes are run accordingly.

Job Description:


* Plan, organize and coordinate the movement of shipments based on customer/nominated office for export movement inclusive of Booking confirmation and meeting customer’s requirements.


* To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of customers’ orders to both customers & system.


* To ensure shipping documents are prepared correctly and sent on time to customers.


* To offer sailing schedule and arrange booking with carrier.


* To ensure accurate input of data into the system to be in line with weekly data quality check report.


* To prepare invoices timely to customers and report any inaccurate/negative margin to your supervisor.


* To check on the financial file before month end closing and create estimated accruals.


* To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent.


* To coordinate with depot & surveyor to ensure ISO tanks are ready for shipment.


* Update inventory record on ISO tanks availability including collaboration with external agent for other arrangements.


* Provide weekly report to fleet management on ISO tanks inventory.

These are our expectation for this position (job requirements):

2 years of working experience as a Sea Freight/Ocean Freight Operations.

It will be added advantage if candidate has experience in handling large volume of ISO Tanks export shipment.


* Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Studies, or any relevant academic background.


* The incumbent needs to be proficient in ISO Tanks shipment, good relationship with carrier and able to provide service excellent to our customer.


* Skillset require include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Attention to Details, and Multitasking.


* This position is in Pandamaran, Klang (Google Maps)
