We are searching for a motivated & experienced Sales Support Analyst
The Sales Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of sales and service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: include the following but not limited to:
• Support all aspects of Sales and Service
• Manage all processes from assisting with contracts/agreements, RFP’s, help facilitate presentations, proposal preparations, customer communications and follow up.
• Help with improving the service levels and company's ability to manage its relationships, helping with monitoring/track sales performance by customer.
• Helping with sales team support as it relates to operations including sales order processing, customer fulfillment, shipping, logistics, and inventory management.
Collaboration internally with other departments.
• Work with Marketing to provide accurate and timely materials, LTO launches (communications to customers), etc.
• Process requests for POS collateral, forms, and other merchandising items.
• Build a database for top 25 customers Top 10% National Accounts for reporting, trends, etc.
• Has a thorough knowledge of the Foodservice Channel, Markets, and Customers
• Has extensive product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate contact information in internal database.
• Help facilitate communications to Brokers.
• Increase sales productivity by supporting company overall objectives/initiatives.
• Help, if necessary, with AR/AP working with both the customers and RSM’s to follow up within all aspects
• Helps with customer inquiries and aligning with RSM Team
• Complete all other administrative documents as directed.
• Help facilitate Action Plans, Quarterly KPI’s, etc.
• Attends company scheduled meetings when applicable (i.e., safety meetings, production meetings, department meetings.).
• Informs supervision of any problems or complications that may arise.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:
• Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
• Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
