Specialist, Business Finance Commercial

This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and a clear development path toward a Finance Controller position.
What You Will Do


* Lead cost controlling activities for Administration, Digital, and Real Estate functions across North America Operations.


* Manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and variance analysis processes.


* Partner with Finance, IT, HR, Real Estate, and Accounting teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.


* Drive strategic projects focused on cost centralization, governance, and process improvement.


* Develop and implement new reporting, controls, and governance frameworks to enhance cost visibility and accountability.


* Identify process inefficiencies, resolve cost ownership issues, and implement sustainable solutions.


* Support transformation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.


* Approximately 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Finance.


* Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.


* Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.


* Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred


* Experience with SAP, EPM, Tagetik, or similar financial systems.


* Experience in cost controlling and support function finance.


* Background leading process improvement or transformation initiatives.


* Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.


* Demonstrated ability to build governance models, reporting frameworks, and scalable processes.


* Previous experience supporting business leaders through financial insights and decision-making.
