Network Security Analyst 1

Position Overview BLOC Resources is seeking a technically skilled Network Security Analyst 1 - Electronic Security to support Southern Company operations in Birmingham, Alabama.

This position is responsible for supporting the design, installation, programming, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and monitoring of electronic security systems protecting company facilities, assets, and critical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with electronic security personnel, project teams, contractors, technology professionals, and facility stakeholders throughout all phases of security-system projects--from initial analysis and design through construction, implementation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing system monitoring.

This position requires a combination of low-voltage electronic security experience, network knowledge, physical security system expertise, project coordination, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
