IKEA Warrington, WA5 7TY, is looking to welcome a Customer Loyalty & Engagement Specialist to join the team.

In IKEA we call this position a Loyalty Specialist.

Do you love understanding what makes customers tick and turning insights into action? As our Loyalty Specialist at IKEA Warrington, you'll play a key role in growing customer loyalty, increasing store visitation, and creating experiences that keep customers coming back for more.

This is a unique opportunity to become the store's loyalty expert, using customer insights, data, events, communications, and community engagement to drive commercial growth and customer satisfaction.

You'll work closely with leaders across the entire store, including the Market Manager and Unit Leadership Team, building strong relationships and influencing decisions that make a real impact.

This role also offers fantastic development opportunities.

Through regular collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, involvement in UK-wide networks, and exposure to commercial strategy and leadership decision-making, you'll develop the skills, knowledge, and network to support your career growth and future leadership aspirations within IKEA.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 2nd of December
• Starting salary of  £28,425.35 per annum, based on competence and experience.
• 39 hours weekly, working 5 days out of 7 and alternative weekends.
• Working are are between 7am to 9:30pm.
