SUMMARY:This positionrespond to member and guest needs, promote the YMCA, maintain the cleanliness andorganization of the Welcome Center and Lobby areas, and ensure the mission, purpose,image and core values of the YMCA are conveyed in everything they do.

JOB LOCATION:Wellmark YMCA SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Various morning and mid-day and evening shifts; Week Days and Weekends; maximum 20 hours a week PAY RATE:$11.00-$13.00/hour based on qualifications CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: August 30, 2026 - Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides excellent service to members, guests, and program participants in the Y andon the phone, contributing to member retention.

Conduct tours responsive to the needs of prospective members; performs basicmember and program transactions.Builds relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and theYMCA.Handles and resolves membership concerns and informs supervisor of unusualsituations or unresolved issues.Applies all YMCA policies dealing with member services.Maintains lobby appearance and ensure safety measures are in place.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the missionstatement and values.
